Saturated fatty acids increase inflammation and make it harder for blood to flow. It is therefore important to reduce your intake of full-fat dairy, fatty meat cuts, and salty or sweet junk food snacks. Be sure to check the labels of packaged foods, as they can hide shocking amounts of fat.
