6. Kombucha
Kombucha, a fermented food drink, is made from black or green tea. The bubbly drink is made with either green or black tea. The drink is created by adding a symbiotic bacteria and yeast culture to tea. You will only get the probiotic benefits of kombucha if it is not pasteurized. This means there is a very high risk of contamination from the moment the beverage is placed on the shelf until it reaches you.
Unpasteurized Kombucha has been linked with bacterial infections and liver damage. It can also cause allergic reactions. Make your own version of this drink at home to heal your stomach. Drink it within two days after making it. You should only drink the chilled versions if the taste is good to you. It will not provide any health benefits for your stomach.
