It can be hard to determine how much dairy you should consume. Many people think that dairy products provide enough calcium for their diet. If you are suffering from inflammation, it may be wise to cut dairy products out of your diet. Dairy products can cause inflammation because the body has a hard time recognizing some of the protein found in dairy. Most dairy products contain lactose and casein.
If you don’t eliminate dairy products from your daily diet, both lactose as well as casein can lead to chronic inflammation. Cutting out dairy can be difficult for some people, but reducing the amount of dairy you consume will help reduce inflammation.
