Fruit juices are a great way to obtain vitamins and nutrients your body requires to function. The juices that are packed are usually pasteurized, which is not good for you. They are heated to high temperatures. Pasteurization destroys even the good bacteria found in fruit juice. All you get is sugar.
Sugar is the common denominator in this list of foods which cause inflammation. You should only drink fresh juices if you want to reap the benefits. Avoid buying juices in a pack. Fresh juices are just as good for you body as fresh fruits and veggies.
