12. Peanuts
Peanuts is one of the most common foods that people have allergies to. Peanuts can cause allergies in many people because of molds found on them. Peanuts can cause an allergic reaction in people even if they do not experience anaphylaxis. The body may recognize them as foreign invaders and react by causing inflammation. Molds found on peanuts can be considered allergens.
Inflammation occurs when the immune system reacts to molds. You may want to cut out peanuts from your diet if you consume them regularly, or products that contain them. This may be the cause of any inflammation symptoms you experience. Check the labels of products you consume to ensure that they are not made with peanuts.
