These ingredients are fake, or artificial. The body has no special function to digest these additives. When it comes to artificial colors and additives, the body’s natural reaction is to try and fight them.
Inflammation is one of the ways the body combats what it perceives as “invaders”. Inflammation is not a bad thing. When your body is trying to combat unwanted invaders constantly, it can damage all parts of the body. A healthy diet that limits foods high in additives will reduce your risk of developing diseases and inflammation.
