You should avoid eating fried food. You may be suffering from inflammation if you eat fried foods. You can damage your body by frying foods in vegetable oil. The main cause of inflammation in fried food is advanced glycation-end product (AGE).
Inflammation is more likely to occur if your body contains more AGEs. Multiple studies have shown that reducing the amount of fried food consumed by a person can lower the AGE levels in the body. A person’s likelihood of developing inflammation is reduced when AGE levels drop.
