14 Uses for Baking Soda

4.Using baking soda to exfoliate the skin is another method to utilise the substance.

The harsh compounds in store-bought exfoliants can cause acne and wrinkles. The purpose of exfoliation is to make the skin appear healthy. Create a paste by combining three parts baking soda with one part water. Apply a gentle massage to your face. Completely remove it with tepid water.

Because it is all-natural, it is so effective that it can be used daily. It can also be used on the soles. In a foot basin, combine tepid water and three tablespoons of baking soda. Your feet will feel much better, particularly if you have spent the entire day on your feet.

Also exfoliate your feet by preparing a paste. After massaging it on your feet for a few minutes, remove it with water. Because there is no dryness, it may not be necessary to apply lotion to the epidermis afterwards.
