- Examine Everybody Else

If you have ringworm, it is likely that you will spread it to others. If you share a house or workplace with others, bear this in mind as you travel between home and work (and between rooms in the house).
At the first sign of ringworm, it is advisable to examine your surroundings to see if anyone else is experiencing the same symptoms. If this is the case, it goes without saying that you must all adhere to the same remedies on this list; otherwise, you run the risk of re-infecting each other within a few weeks.
If you work in an environment with many people, keep the possibility of reinfection in mind when you go to work, and disinfect anything that could cause ringworm to spread before bringing the infection into your home.
