- Soreness Around the Elbow and Knee
Several types of tendonitis affecting the knees and elbows can affect an individual. If you experience discomfort that originates on the outside of the elbow and radiates toward the wrist, you may have tennis elbow. The tendons that connect the muscles of the lower limb to the bone may become inflamed and painful if they are damaged.
Tennis elbow can affect anyone, not just tennis players. Pain in the interior portion of the elbow is commonly referred to as golfer’s elbow. This is the result of the inner arm muscles becoming injured or inflamed in some fashion. On the inside or outside of the knee, a person may develop conditions that are similar in nature. If you are experiencing such agony, there is a possibility that your tendons are damaged.
