9 . Coordination nine
In addition to muscle weakness, it is common for a person with tendonitis to experience a decline in coordination. When you have lost coordination, it can be challenging to take up objects without dropping them. Depending on the type of tendonitis that has developed, you may also become more prone to simple falls.
The loss of strength in the tendons and musculature is a contributing factor. This loss of strength can make it more challenging to execute basic movements with the same precision as before. Coordination loss may also result from the manner in which the muscle receives input. The unit of muscle and tendon is responsible for extending our senses. Damage to the muscle and tendon unit can impair your ability to determine where your body is in space at any given time.
