11.Remain Hydrated
The majority of people do not consume enough water and are dehydrated without realizing it. The symptom of dehydration is nausea. When you do not consume enough fluids, your body begins to react. You may experience abdominal pain, as well as discomfort and nausea. When nauseated, the last thing you want to do is consume anything, particularly water.
As vertigo is frequently accompanied by vomiting, you may become increasingly dehydrated over time. If you are vomiting or feeling nauseous, it is vital that you consume plenty of fluids. If you do not want to consume water or feel that it is not alleviating your nausea, try drinking other clear, thin liquids such as chicken broth or Gatorade.
Even if the drink is vomited, you should continue to consume liquids until the nausea subsides. If you have consumed a sufficient amount of fluids but still feel nauseated or cannot keep any liquids down, you should seek medical attention.
