11.Myrrh oil is effective for urinary tract infections.
Several investigations on humans and animals indicate that myrrh oil has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiparasitic properties. Undoubtedly, it has been used to cure wounds and prevent disease. It can be administered topically with a warm or cold compress or rubbed into the skin.
Use caution when applying myrrh internally; be sure to use an unadulterated, high-quality product and do so under the supervision of your human services provider. When ingested, it can be consumed with wine. Ask your physician if it is safe for you to consume myrrh oil with wine or another beverage.
