5.Enhance Posture
Your posture has a significant impact on the tension and stress in your cranium and neck. Chronic tension headaches can be triggered by the way you recline or stand. The type of chair or desk you use at school or work, how you stand, and how you sleep can all contribute to poor posture.
If your body is not in the correct position, or if your back or neck are out of alignment, this can cause tension in the muscles of your head and neck, which can lead to headaches. You may experience persistent migraines until the underlying cause is addressed.
You can treat the pain of a tension headache with pain medications, but if you don’t address your poor posture, the headaches will persist. Your back or neck may need to be realigned to enhance your posture and headache symptoms.
