3.Lessen Noise
Do you reside or operate in a noisy setting? Sound can be overpowering and cause anxiety and stress. This can cause tension-related migraines. When attempting to unwind, loud noises will make it more difficult. One of the best methods to alleviate the pain of a tension headache is to find a peaceful place to rest and unwind.
Try to avoid the noise whenever feasible. Find a room with little noise and turn off the lights and television. Try to block out as much commotion as possible and unwind. Attempt earplugs if you cannot block out the noise or switch it off. If you can’t block out the commotion or don’t prefer absolute silence, consider purchasing a white noise machine. It emits a noise that you may find soothing or restful, and it can block out other loud or annoying sounds.
