12. Other Essential Oils
The earlier methods in this article suggested using a few drops essential oil with a bath, or in conjunction with a massage. But the topic of essentials oils for health is so vast that it deserves its own place as one of the most effective home remedies for treating symptoms such as blocked airways, tight muscles, or a sore neck.
Do not use essential oils in food or beverages. Essential oils are not meant for this.
Inhaling them in warm baths or water can bring relief from a dry cough.
