5.Vines
Grapes are rich in polyphenols, which are known to reduce estrogen levels. Grapes also contain Reservatrol, which is known to increase testosterone levels and inhibit aromatase, an enzyme responsible for the production of estrogen. Grapes contain numerous additional nutrients and micronutrients. They are loaded with anti-aging and free radical fighting antioxidants.
They are a delicious and nutritious nibble. Grapes can be eaten plain, dipped in yogurt or chocolate, or combined with other fruits in a fruit salad. You can also incorporate grapes into pies, cakes, and preserves and jellies. If you dislike consuming grapes, you can obtain many of the same health benefits by drinking red wine.
You could also consume grape juice. Avoid sugary foods, and if you plan to consume wine, consult your physician to ensure that it won’t interact with any medications you may already be taking.
