Check the back of any fruit cup you buy to ensure it’s made with natural ingredients. Water and salty snacks don’t mix well. You’ll have to completely eliminate salty snacks from your diet if you want water to be effective.
You may find it difficult to start and eventually end up eating some. Don’t eat them every day. You can have a salty snack once a week if you like. After a few months, you shouldn’t have the urge to eat it anymore.
