14 Common Salmonella Symptoms

  1. Queasiness

Whenever there is an issue with the gut, nausea affects the majority of individuals. Motion sickness, pregnancy, or another condition may cause nausea. Additionally, it is one of the most common symptoms of salmonella poisoning. When a person feels nauseated, it is as if they are attempting to vomit but are not doing so.

If the sensation is not immediately remedied, nausea will almost always result in vomiting. Salmonella poisoning causes nausea in addition to cramping and additional symptoms. This is the result of the body’s efforts to expel harmful microorganisms from the stomach environment.

Extremely nauseated individuals may develop lethargy and dehydration. Extreme nausea prevents a person from eating or drinking, and frequently even the sight or scent of something is enough to induce vomiting. Never disregard nausea as a symptom of salmonella poisoning.
