5.Cease Dieting
You should cease dieting immediately. That does not mean you should stop consuming healthy foods. It simply means that you should cease referring to it as a diet and thinking of it as one. The word “diet” has been given negative connotations in our culture. A diet is intended to be nothing more than a way of consuming. You can consume a high-fat diet, a low-carb diet, an all-cake and ice cream diet, or anything else you desire. A diet can refer to any type of eating regimen, healthful or unhealthy.
But because we have made the diet something negative and restrictive, thinking about being on a diet or telling yourself that you are on a diet is damaging to your self-esteem and makes you feel as though you are missing out on something. Instead of considering the way you are consuming a diet, consider it a normal eating or nutritional plan.
